Having spent a year working with laser cut wood, I thought it time to scale things up. Enter the CNC Router. This is a commercial product that requires the DIY construction of a wooden frame. In my case, I designed my own frame that mounts to the wall and has hinges that allow it to pull out to the required 15 degree angle. I store plywood behind it. I designed a fitting for my shop vac from laser cut wood shown in the third image. The last two images show a test piece cut by the finished CNC. It's loud and dusty and slow and I have some reservations. We'll see where this goes.
